The Speedskatingresults-App uses your local iPad storage to store skaters, events and so on. If you wish, your data can be stored in your iCloud environment. The data you supply, is not shared with other people. The developer of the App also doesn't receive your data.
If you whish to share the results of an event using email, you can select the people yourself. Event results are also not shared with the developer of the App.
